How We Work
Step 1: Design & Brief
Send us your design files (AI, PDF, STP, or hand-drawn sketch). Not sure what you want? Our in-house design team can help create concepts based on your brand and budget.
We support: Custom shapes, custom glazes, logo embossing, full-color decals, sublimation-ready finishes
Step 2: Sample Development
We create clay samples or 3D renders for your approval. Once confirmed, we produce physical samples with your chosen glaze and finish.
Sample timeline: 7-15 days | Sample fee: Refundable with bulk orders
Step 3: Mass Production
Every batch follows strict QC checkpoints:
- Raw material inspection
- Forming & drying quality check
- Glaze application inspection
- Kiln firing temperature log review
- Final packaging inspection
Step 4: Packaging & Shipping
Custom packaging options available: branded boxes, bubble wrap, inner cartons, pallet loading. We coordinate shipping (FOB Xiamen, CIF, DDP) to your destination.
