The pump is the failure point, not the ceramic
Roughly 80% of complaints on dispenser programmes come from the pump: a lotion pump that drips at the nozzle, a foam pump that stops foaming after 200 strokes, or a collar that loosens with daily use. We test every lot with 500 strokes on a jig and a 24-hour inverted leak test on 5% of units. Pump bodies are PP with a stainless spring, and we specify the same pump model for reorders so a hotel does not receive a different feel mid-contract.
Neck threads and refill behaviour
Hotels refill from 5 L bulk containers, so the neck diameter decides how fast housekeeping can work. A 28/410 neck fills in about 6 seconds against 9 seconds for 24/410. We supply both and recommend 28/410 for any property above 100 rooms.
Branding for hotel groups
Logo options are fired-on decal (permanent, dishwasher safe), laser etching on matte glaze, or a silicone band (removable, cheapest). Decal is the only one that survives 500 wash cycles, so it is the standard for branded amenities.
Wall-mount and bracket options
For shower dispensers we supply a stainless bracket with concealed screws and a silicone gasket, rated to hold a 500 ml filled bottle. For hotel ceramic dispenser set, brackets are packed separately to avoid scratching the glaze in transit.
Bestellung
Sets ship assembled or with pumps packed separately, which reduces carton volume by about 18% if the buyer can assemble on arrival. Tell us the capacity split across soap, shampoo and lotion — most hotel orders run 40/40/20.
